This is an odd question... usually all 3 of those are considered different mutations... I'd guess Point Mutation or Small-scale Mutation... but its a rather odd question.

I'd go with point mutation as well, though strictly speaking, I believe point mutations are for +, -, and subs of only ONE base pair?

yea this question is on my Final Exam study guide and i have no idea about it. It is strange, I've never seen it before. But I think It's Small-Scale mutation.
