okay so no. of weekdays in a week (monday through friday) = 5 
customers per weekday = 5 per day
no. of customers served during the 5 weekdays = 5 x 5 = 25


now for weekends, no. of weekend days = 2    ...(sunday and saturday)
no. of customers served per weekend day = 2 times as much as per weekday = 2 x 5 = 10 per day
so total no. of customers served on weekends =  10 x 2 = 20

so total no. of customers served during the week = sum of customers served during the weekdays and during the weekends = 20 + 25 = 45
