Tough question! I remembered reading about Entamoeba histolytica as being especially infamous so I googled that....

"..When cysts are swallowed they cause infections by excysting (releasing the trophozoite stage) in the digestive tract..." It goes on to list some symptoms: " bloody diarrhea, weight loss, fatigue, abdominal pain". 

So I guess B would be your best guess
