Hi - I suspect that the answer may be True, because descriptive writing involves helping the reader create a mental picture, which requires creativity. You aren't simply stating facts, but using words that help to stimulate the senses - helping them imagine sights, sounds, smells, etc. Just guessing, but I'm going with True.

That's true, the more Descriptive you get the more elements of writing you need.
