Please help me with this question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[X= \left\{ 1,3,5 \right\} Y=\left\{3,5\right\}\] \[Z = \left\{ \left( x,y \right): x \in X, y \in Y, x \neq y \right\}\] List the members of Z

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

so Z will contain ordered pairs (a,b) where 'a' is from set X and 'b' is from set Y. also such that in any ordered pair, a cannot be equal to b. so your Z = (1,3), (1,5), (3,5), (5,3)
