... Traditionally, a question that contains the choice of "all of the above" has that choice at the bottom... I would think that "All of the above" is correct.

The Latin language being transferred into new territories would bring with it the culture of the Romans and their perspectives.  New markets and trading centers allow the diffusion of new ideas, technology, produce etc, leading to that culture being expanded.  Building roads allowed for easier travel of individuals to and from Rome, making it easier for the culture to travel with the travelers.
