What is the y-intercept of the equation? y = 5(6.8)x 5 6.8 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the equation is y = 5*6.8*x? If so, the y intercept is (0,0)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im confused.. that isnt one of my choices.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well the y intercept is defined as the point on the line when x =0. When you plug x =0 into y=5*6.8*x, you get 5*6.8*0 which is 0, thus the y intercept of that line will be (0,0). Maybe you wrote the equation incorrectly?
