Pre-calculus HELP! write the first five terms of the sequence beginning with the given term. then calculate the first and second differences of the sequence. does the sequence have a linear model, a quadratic model,or neither?? a(sub1)=0 a(sub n)=a(sub n-1)+3

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

its saying the 1st term is 0 and for each subsequent term add 3 to the previous term \[a _{1} = 0 \] \[a _{2}=a_{1}+3\] \[a _{3}=a _{2} +3\] \[a _{4}=a _{3} + 3\] continue the pattern

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so then it would mean that the second term is 3? and the third is 6 and so on????

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

thats it
