In right triangle DFG, DF=11 and DG=17, and FG is the hypotenuse. What ratio can be used with these facts only? sin F and cos F tan F and tan G tan F and sin G cos G and tan F plz explain

Directrix (directrix):

What ratio can be used with these facts only? ---------- The Pythagorean Theorem could be used to find the hypotenuse FG. I assume that we are not to do this, according to the dictates of the problem. The trig functions that can be found are those involving only the legs. That would be -- tan F and tan G --- as selected from the options. Sine and Cosine both have ratios involving the hypotenuse. |dw:1334243172480:dw|
