what is the effectiveness(is it gonna be truly launched) of that common entrance for iit,aiee that is rumoured to be launched next year onwards?

there is chances that ISEET might replace it,but as per current scenario i dont think that is not gonna happen till 2014???

God knows what will happen. Till now no official confirmation. But coaching institutes have started to woo students by saying that they would prepare students for ISEET to be conducted from 2013 onwards.

the link that aadarsh has posted clarifies all ur doubts of iseet..according to me we should not be nervous about the new system proposed .instead we can make a preparation thats powerful so as to conquer any examination by building our concepts

do note that entranc examinations to BITSAT ,and other private institutions will remain as such even if ISSET is introduced

@AravindG , I saw the Indian Express edition today.
Please check the New Indian Express (18 April) of Madurai Edition. It has been published in the first page and also inside. I believe it must have been published in all editions also.
