Can someone please tell me the order in which the APA should be listed? Does the In-text citation be listed first then the work cited page? Or the other way around?

The in-text citation(s) are a part of the essay, itself.
The 'work cited' page is actually titled References. It should be centered, 12pt, Times New Roman font. The word References should not be bold, italicized, underlined, nor have quotes around it, to head the page.
