Outline structures traditionally have an intro, body paragraphs, and conclusion... Perhaps start with a short into about how and why you received the prize, specifically mentioning the key people that helped you in the process. Then move on to inspiration, difficulties, and the things you learned. Finally wrap up with more acknowledgement and a clincher :)
