according to your graph. It seems that x=2 y=-1 x=3 y=1 x=4 y=3 x=5 y=5 x=6 y=7 is always x=y+1 or y=x-1 but I'm not sure how to do this , I don't want to give fake help. sorry. Good Luck ! :(
