Which is not a property of a parallelogram? A.) The diagonals bisect each other. B.) Contains four right angles. C.) Consecutive angles are supplementary. D.) The opposite sides are parallel.

hero (hero):

Hint: Squares and Rectangles are parallelograms and they have four right angles, however, squares and rectangles do not represent the full class of parallelograms.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so would it be C

hero (hero):

The question asks, "Which is NOT a property of parallelograms?".

hero (hero):

Read the hint I gave you more carefully. Think about it for a couple of minutes then post the correct answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ssay its a because i dont see where any bisect eachother

hero (hero):

Which means you don't know what diagonals are.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol i guess not sorry im not to good with math

hero (hero):

I'm sorry to hear that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so you gave me the vibe that it not a and i know it not c or b so it has to be D

hero (hero):

I'd say that you're pretty good at guessing the wrong answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

awwww :( i give up but thanks

hero (hero):

Actually, the answer is B. I said that squares and rectangles don't represent the complete class of all parallelograms. Meaning, there exists some parallelograms where the angles are not all right angles. Therefore, B is false. All the rest of the properties are true.
