What is the range of the graph of y = (x – 4)^2 + 3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is a parabola opening upwards... with it's vertex at (4, 3). with that in mind, what kind of y-values do you think you'll get when you sketch it? Will you have anything below the x-axis? or is there some least y value the graph will have?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it would be negative y values right? So the answer is y is greater than or equal to 3?

|dw:1334276127389:dw| there is no part of the graph below y = 3, you agree?
