If angle TRS is 126 and the area if the smaller sector is 35(pi)

Area of sector = pi (r^2) x angle /360 = 35pi
                                      r^2 (126/360) =35
                                                 r^2       = 100
                                                       r     =  10  or -10 (rejected)
So, r = 10
