OpenStudy (callisto):

OpenStudy (experimentx):

this one looks quite difficult too.

OpenStudy (callisto):

Hope that it just 'looks' difficult, but not difficult to solve :(

OpenStudy (experimentx):

6

OpenStudy (experimentx):

damn pretty sure.

OpenStudy (callisto):

o.o Right!!!!!

OpenStudy (callisto):

Time for hint~~~

OpenStudy (experimentx):

use similarity + ratios (of area) usually when dimensions of similar objects are increased, then their area is affected by square of the proportion of the side increased.

OpenStudy (callisto):

Hmm... I think I got it.. I did it like this; 2x5 - 2x2 = 10 -4 =6 Don't ask me why :S

OpenStudy (experimentx):

quite not.

OpenStudy (experimentx):

you will find the proportionality constant when you take square root of the ratios of the areas ... rest you know.

OpenStudy (callisto):

Yup, thanks...

OpenStudy (experimentx):
