they consider that closing a question means that you got the answer and all explanation you need so you moved to ask another one..
still.. reopenning a question sounds to be a good idea to me :)

I know.. But my point of reopening a question is for example you might still have not completely understood the explanation or still have more questions to ask and by mistake you closed the question.

yeah im with you in this point.. reopenning a question is a good suggestion..
anyway soon one of the moderators will see this and tell us their point about the issue

Sorry, we don't currently allow users to reopen their questions. Perhaps at some point in the future we will, but not right now.

I think this is a cool idea! However at this point you just ask a new question by mentioning the url of the old (closed) one.
