i have done precalculus, All algebra mathematics, Trigonometry, discrete math but not so deeply

then they will build the concept of the derivative from scratch using the concept of the limit

I'm pretty sure you will not be the only one in class who is still a bit uncomfortable with trig, so if your teacher is good they will help you along with that.
and yes AP calc (part AB) is introductory calculus, so take it!
