-ve / -ve =+( positive) 

-300/-13 = 300/13=23.07692308

For example $$\frac{-4}{2}= -2$$$$\frac{-4}{-2}= 2$$$$\frac{4}{2}=2$$

its not -300/13 its actually 300/13=23.07.......
