Can you help me with the quadratic equation for this?... The sides of a triangle are 18cm, 16cm, and 9cm. What quantity do you have to quit to each size for it to be a right-triangle?

OpenStudy (mertsj):

I don't know what this means so I must defer to the smart people.|dw:1334370492877:dw|

u mean the values of 3 sides for it to be a right-triangle?

OpenStudy (mertsj):

It is not a right triangle with those side lengths.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if yes, then taking the multiples of 3-4-5, 5-12-13, 8-15-17, 7-24-25, 20-21-29 etc will give a right angle triangle.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's a right triangle! (: my english isn't really good...
