please clarify which speed you are referring to.

To measure latency between nodes in an IP network, "ping" is usually used.

But you could be talking about connect time, transfer rate, pretty much anything one can think of, and without us knowing which "speed" you mean we cannot really answer the question.

the question is if you r connected to a lan network in which few more people are connected ...how to see who is downloading and who is using all the download speed
