This question is testing whether you know the "order of operations" PEDMAS Parentheses, Exponents, Division/Multiply, Add/Subtract That means you do multiplication first in 9+5-5*0+3= you do -5*0 first so you get 9+5+0+3 now you can add in any order to get the final answer.
