Frequency is the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit time. in biology it is how many times does a certain traits present in a given population. like for instance the population of cat in a given area. how many of them are black, brown, tri - colored cat and so on.  Probability is the likelihood or chance it may happens. Like for instance the yellow cat and white cat is mate, what is the probability that the offspring will be white. if you apply the punnet square you may find that it is 50% since the offspring is hybrid of parents. Alleles is the acquired or inherited traits or characteristics from parents.
