OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[(4+\sqrt{50})- (3-\sqrt{8}\]

OpenStudy (shayaan_mustafa):

complete the question.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I forgot the other parenthese woops!

OpenStudy (shayaan_mustafa):

so what to do with it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're supposed to add and subtract them together

OpenStudy (shayaan_mustafa):

O_O so difficult...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Since your adding, the brackets are irrelevant, you can remove them. Then just add normally.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Exactly i had trouble with this one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I did that but none of the answers i came up with match my answer choices

OpenStudy (accessdenied):

it is subtraction, from what i see distribute -1 and then remove the brackets then get your radicals in simplest radical form (take out perfect squares from the roots)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Show me what you did.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok hold on
