OpenStudy (precal):

I guess I am using \[\pi r^2\] not sure what r is?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

r and h are kept generic in this case

OpenStudy (precal):

Maybe I need to use the volume of a cylinder B times height B is a circle \[\pi r^2 h\]

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the area of a quadralteral is the determinant of its vectors

OpenStudy (precal):

but I am not sure I can use vectors. ie professor did not cover vectors at all.
