Alright, so if the atmosphere adsorbs the radiation that you want to see (because of the water), so you won't be able to see it inside the atmosphere, where do you think the best place to view it would be? :)

It would be space because where would you get the best view of a star. Obviously not on a submarine or a farm. I figured since he did not tell you wHY i would :)
