Apparently the answer is done this way: (2.6 x 10^6 N/m^2- 1.0x10^6 N/m^2)/(1.0x10^9)

this gives you -2.5 cm^3 Is this correct? Where did the numbers "1.0x10^6" and "1.0x10^9" come from?
