How do you find end ehavior of an exponential function??

You use the lead coefficient method take the term with the highest exponent for example 5x^4- 3x^3-2x^2+3x+1 the one we use is 5x^4 (Even exponent(4), positive coefficient (5) Here's the rule Odd exponent positive coefficient = falls at left rises at right Odd exponent negative coefficient = rises at left falls at right Even exponent positive coefficient = rises at both sides Even exponent negative coefficient = falls at both sides
