can anyone tell me the meaning of the urdu word "bari nawazish"?

i looked it up on Google translate and there never wrong and the translate of the word is: "bari nawazish"?!! it must just be that way it is, in English and the way they speak it in Urdu language. :) Sorry if this doesn't help, i did a lot of researching and it still came up with the same thing. :)
