In your own words, give two reasons why it is important to wash your hands both before and after

First of all - it avoids the contagion of germs, (baceria, viruses). Since everything we touch is full of damaging microorganisms. Doing this, infection and diseases can also be avoided.

Beforehand you can prevent any germs you might have on you from spreading to what you're going to touch.
After you can prevent any germs you might have picked up in the process from spreading to what you're going to do next. Or from staying on you and harming you in general.

It avoids contamination, sicknesses, and spread of diseases. There's so many viruses you don't realize you can catch through touching everyday household objects but washing your hands helps if not prevents that from happening.
