Find the points and connect them.
for example x y 0 2 1 0 2 -2 the just plot (0,2) (1,0) (2,-2) and so on..
its supposed to be a parabola
that just makes a line
Then What you can do is solve it's zeros by using the quadratic formula. From there you can plot and graph around those values
