Q1 answer is D. The max distance covered per hour would be 11.523 statute miles. So that would just be multiplied by time to get total distance. Since this is max distance, we use < or = to
Q2 try t = 7.5, d = 85 so is 85 <= 11.523*7.5 I'm sure you can handle it from here
