ill answer anyway...as of now there had been no announcements regarding the smartscore because there will be A LOT of tweakings regarding the smartscore, thus the administrators would not like to say anything about it since it would just keep changing. However, in a few days (probably 2) the smartscore would settle and the administrators would hold a FAQ in the link i have given where they will explain all about the smart score.
