Well, rod-shaped bacteria is shaped a lot like a 'rod', surprisingly... Spirilla bacteria is literally shaped like a spiral. And Filamentous bacteria looks a little like worms & veins. Cocci is actually known as the 'spherical' bacteria, a lot like your picture.

From the pic, cocci, there rounded in appearance, it rules out filamentous like micobacterium, there not rod like e.coli and its not spiraled. by the way whats the stain by the way? if you had a *10 or *14 microscope image that would be better
