Which act guaranteed laborers the right to organize unions, fight for better wages, and demand better working conditions? A) Social Security Act B) Revenue Act C) National Labor Relations Act D) National Industrial Recovery Act
Labor Relations Act
im in year 10 therefore i was thinking if i should include things such as Teapot dome scandal rise of the second Ku Klux Klan Harding died in office Stock Market crashed GReat Depression Al Capone's rise to power Cool for Coolidge The Greatest Generation began to be born The first "Talkie" movie , . however is that right ?
Yes, I think you have a good mix there- you can really work with them! I think the Stock Market Crash & the Great Depression is extremely good- as they were extremely vital. With the Great Depression you can talk about the inspiration of novels like, To Kill A Mockingbird, etc. (btw, I think you posted in the wrong question, lol)
im really sorry about that but thank you very much. definately, next time i will pick the right question. once again thank you :)
Don't worry about it- good luck for the 20's-30's piece. It's v. interesting.
if i was abit older then i would think your answer would be perfect. thank you veryyy much i will make sure i message you and tell you how it went. how old are you by the way . (sorry for asking.)
i think the answer should be D.National Industrial Recovery Act
@ashwin - Industrial Recovery Act was mainly for permitting cartels and monopolies, etc during the Great Depression- Labour Act was more for the workers and laborers. @SimplyME; Yep, I guess. I'm 16- turning 17 this year, but I have a passion for history, etc. Really enjoy it & I hope you do too after you've learnt about the 20's/30's. It's awesome! :-)
see but it gave right to organize unions...
Yeah, but not the rest! You have to take all of it into consideration. Majority of the IRA was for economic reasons and stuff...
which kind of economic reason, like this one:-better wages, and demand better working conditions..
ok!than i also have doubt in labor relations act which you gave..
