Quick question - I notice that in the email sent out today, the three criteria for SmartScore were Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Passion. Sorry to be a bit fastidious here, but are Engagement and Passion the same thing? Thanks :P

*cough* well, um, this is embarrassing. ;)

We welcome the fastidiousness, actually. Yes, engagement and passion are the same things. We decided on a verbiage change at the end of the week, and clearly changing it everywhere didn't happen. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and we'll be sure to check to make sure it has been changed EVERYWHERE going forward!

Yup, that's MY mistake everyone. My apologies. I was feeling particularly 'passionate' about the launch of SmartScore and it must have weaseled its way in there ;)

The three criteria are: Teamwork, Problem Solving, and ENGAGEMENT. My bad everyone :/
