i guess anyone could if they are either sensitive or stuck up people. sometimes stuck up people act bad and get told off in public so then they go home and cry. then sometimes in high school the "popular kids" leave out "nerds" in their "gang". sometimes people just don't wanna show that their sad. other times people will express their feelings to the person that hurt them.
