You would apply the order of operations. Because (-6 - 5) is in the parenthesis, your do that first. That gives you (-11)x3 Then -11x3=-33

Or if the question is asking you to rewrite in a simpler form, not answer it, then @zepp is right, you would use the distributive property to distribute the "times 3" (x3) to every value in the parenthesis.
