First you do what's on the top. Figure out what's in the parenthesis. Then after that, you find out what the rest is on the top. Then you divide that number by what's on the bottom. so you figure out what (-4X6) is. Then you add that number with 8. The top (numerator) is now complete. Now you divide that number by the bottom which is -2. If you divide a negative is another negative, you get a positive. BAM your number should be a positive 8 when you solve it all out.
