to add or subtract rational equations: A. add denominators B. none of the choices are correct C. invert and multiply D. multiply them together E. multiply through by a common denominator

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

hmm i think i saw this question before..but different choices well in rational expressions just for other people's info...the first thing you do is to find an LCD and make the denominators the same

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its D.

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

that doesnt sound right unless it's the |dw:1334708867675:dw| where you multiply denominators to get the LCD..then "cross multiply"
