If your talking about the AP language and Composition. I thought it was easy (I got a four). I think the more you practice timed essays the better you will do. I also have a simply strategy for analysis of any work.
D. Diction:Word choice and how it relates to topic at hand
I.Imagery: What description does the story paint
D.Details: What are specific details that bring home the point
L.Language: what word was it colloquial or standard? dry and studious or light and airy
S.Syntax: How was it constructed, choppy and repetitive or flowing and Stream-of-consciousnesses style
