what is PROM an EPROM, please state 4 differences

I won't give you the four differences your answer wants, but the fundamental difference is that a PROM is a programmable device. You can set its programming once, but after the device is manufactured. An EPROM can be erased and reset, though you have to expose it to UV light to erase it (i.e., it's not straightforward).
Technically, an EEPROM is a type of EPROM where UV light doesn't help. I advise the OP to check the Wikipedia articles (for example to learn what the acronyms stand for) and come back with specific questions that those articles didn't answer. To show some kind of effort, "Here's what I got so far for the differences: ..."
