White men were always able to vote.
Black men had to fight for the right to vote.
All women had to fight for the right to vote.

Two amendments were passed to allow voting rights to the two that had to fight for their rights. Whichever one that Amendment does not apply to is your answer.

well i thought about it immedietely thinking black men but then i remember women didn't get the right till 1990 which was after black men so im not completely sure

Women got the right to vote LONG before 1990.

Find the Amendment and read which it gave the rights to. You can find the whole constitution any number of places online. Just google "15th Amendment"

The text of the Amendment is that no one can be denied the right to vote based on "race, color, or previous condition of servitude".
It doesn't say anything about gender. The one that gives the right to women (19th) as well states "shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex".
(And it was 1920 by the way)
