What is the solution to the rational equation?

x/5 + 4/5 = 7

If you pass the 4/5 to the left side, you would get
x/5 = 7 - 4/5

Then you would get something like
x/5 = 31/5

x = (31/5)*5

Answer 3

5(x/5 +4/5)=7(5)
x+4=35
x=35-4
x=31
