It can't be narrowed down to these 3 options, alcohol during pregnency can cause mental retardation and birth defects.

It does not cause premature birth (Paracetamol might), Hearing and vision problems is definitly a probability.
When it comes to motor skills problems i'am uncertain it's still bad enough being a mentally retarded half blind half deaf infant.
