Well, I googled it and it turns out this is very common question. Most of the answers are similar to: "Yes and no, it all has to do with faith if you don't quite understand Budhism then, no Sages of Sivana does not exist 'to you'. However, if you understand that large amount of spirituality in Budhism, then yes, Sages of Sivana could exist if you knew where to look."
