Try using wolfram alpha. Type whatever then type (factor) and it does it for you

if you wanna know how he did that...it's 9x^2 + 4 = 0 9x^2 = -4 sqrt both sides... 3x = sqrt(-4) which is sqrt (4i^2) -> +\- 2i 3x = +/- 2i...so... 3x - 2i and 3x + 2i are factors
