If you mean in bullets, then no you don't. Bullets are like a note-taking strategy, so it does not have to be in complete sentences. Thus, no period. xD

Whether or not you put a period for a bulleted sentence / note is really your choice. If it's for a class activity and you are turning it in, check any rubrics to see if the teacher is looking for a particular style. On the other hand, if it is for notes, you can choose to place it or not.
