Order of opererations. 1.) Let's leave -3/7 as -3/7 rather than convert it to a decimal 2.) 9+(-3/7) is the same as 9-(3/7) which we can simplify by finding an LCD. 9(7)/7=63/7 63/7+3/7=66/7. Again, we'll leave it as a fraction for now to be more precise. 3.) 2/(66/7). A trick here is the invert the denominator, and multiply it by the numerator. For instance, 2(7/66)=14/66. You can simplify it from there. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
